This post isn't about any of our local kids but....kids are kids, no matter where they are
Kids are so cute and funny...and they say some of the funniest things. A few months ago, I was reading Terry's Blog.
She wrote this little story about her little girl, Eliza:
I just heard Eliza singing a favorite Church Song, "I Am A Child of God." She sang:"I am a child of God and He has sent me here, has given me an earthly home with parents kind-of here..."It made me smile. (If you are not familiar with the song, the words are "with parents kind and dear").
Oh My!! How often I've felt "kind-of-here"

WOW! I'm burdened by the number of kids, and even my own upbringing at times, where parents aren't even kinda there. They have to learn to be so strong and cope with things that they shouldn't even have to deal with...
I'm praying for T, K and S in particular. Join me! Thanks...
